Why This Is One of the Best AI Internships in Bangalore
- An internship gives you real project experience to talk about in every future interview.
- Many companies offer a full-time role (PPO) to interns who perform well.
- You learn how professional teams plan, review and ship work, which college projects rarely teach.
Working at a startup usually means a small team, fast learning and real ownership from the first month. Think about which kind of team suits you best before you apply.
Documents Required
Keep these documents ready before you start the application. Most companies ask for them during the interview or onboarding stage:
- Updated resume in PDF format (one page is best for freshers)
- Mark sheets or degree certificate, or a provisional certificate if results are pending
- A valid photo ID such as Aadhaar card, PAN card or passport
- Links to your GitHub, portfolio or LinkedIn profile if you have them
- Internship or experience letters, if any
Salary and Benefits
Sprinto has not shared the exact pay for this role on its careers page. The final offer usually depends on your interview performance and is discussed in the HR round, so do not pay anyone who promises a fixed package.
Along with pay, check what you will learn, who your mentor will be and what kind of projects the team works on. These matter a lot in the first two years of your career.
Selection Process
The official post does not list every round. For AI Internships in Bangalore like this one, the hiring process usually looks like this:
- Online application and resume shortlisting
- A short coding test or take-home assignment
- One or two interviews about your projects, fundamentals and how you think
- Internship offer with stipend, duration and start date
Each round is usually an elimination round, so prepare well for every stage.
